You handle the rental; we load, stack, strap, and pad so nothing shifts on the road or arrives crushed at the bottom of the pile. Worth saying out loud: this is still our W-2 uniformed crew, not subcontracted day-labor pulled off a Craigslist board the night before. Same Jude or Wes you’d get on a full move, same training on how to stack a load that survives I-10 to Tucson without a sectional sliding into a flat-screen. Loading a truck well is a real skill — heavy and square pieces on the bottom, weight balanced front-to-back over the rear axle, fragile items padded and wedged tight so the load does not turn into a landslide the first time you brake hard on the Loop 101 ramp.

We load and unload Penske, U-Haul, Budget, and Ryder rentals, personal trailers, and POD-style portable containers. Doing a partial DIY and only want help with the back-breaking part? Book labor-only loading on your end, or labor-only unloading on the destination. Got a POD parked in the driveway? We will pack it tight inside the window you have the container. You can even split it: our crew loads in Glendale, you drive to Flagstaff or San Diego, and a destination crew unloads on the other end if you arrange one.

Can you load a Penske I rented myself?

Yes, and labor-only loading is one of our most-booked services. You handle the Penske, U-Haul, Budget, or Ryder rental, and our 2-mover crew loads it tight and balanced at $95/hr. We bring the skill and the straps; you bring the truck.

Is it really our W-2 crew, not day-labor?

Yes. Labor-only jobs get the same uniformed TLC crew that handles a full white-glove move — Jude, Wes, or whoever else is on the board that morning. We do not subcontract loading to a day-labor service; it is our trained people on your shipment.

Do you load POD containers?

Routinely. If a POD is dropped on the driveway, we pack it tight within whatever window you have the container parked. The trick is building a load that survives the transport, and that is exactly what our crews are trained for.

Can I get help only with the unload?

Sure. If you drove the truck yourself and just want the back-breaking unload handled, book labor-only unloading on the destination end. Plenty of customers split it — loading help here, drive themselves, unloading help waiting at the new place.
