If you book with us, we also keep the records tied to your specific job — the written binding estimate, the $175 deposit receipt, the final invoice, and any notes the crew chief made on move day. We do not request sensitive personal data we have no reason to handle, such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, or bank credentials beyond what is needed for a deposit.
How we use it
Your information is used to give you an accurate written estimate, schedule and run your move, stay in touch about the logistics, and keep the business records the Arizona Corporation Commission and our federal interstate authority require a licensed mover to keep. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about your specific quote, your move, or a follow-up after delivery. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside parties. TLC Moving is a real Arizona moving company with our own trucks and W-2 crews, not a lead broker, and your details are never packaged up and resold to other carriers or marketing lists.
How we protect and share it
Access to your information inside TLC is limited to the office staff and crew chiefs who actually need it to handle your move — Sage on intake, Tessa on the estimate, Reece on a long-haul lane, and the local crew chief running the truck on the day. We retain it only as long as we reasonably need it for the move and the recordkeeping our ACC permit and federal authority require. From time to time we rely on trusted service providers for things like payment processing, the website host, basic analytics, and customer-relationship software, and those providers handle your data only to perform that specific service for us. We disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid subpoena.
